SDW CONSULTANCY manage the entire recruiting/hiring process from job profiling through the on‐boarding of new employees. The Client‐Consultant relationship begins with the aim of describing as precisely as possible the position to fill and the ideal candidate’s characteristics.

Our Services

Terms & Conditions

1) For all assignments at executive levels, charges would be at 8.33% of the annual CTC of the candidate recruited.
2) For all assignments at middle management level, charges would be 12.5 % of the annual CTC of the candidate placed.
3) For all senior assignments, charges would be at 16.67 % of the annual CTC for a nonexclusive assignment.
4) The Annual CTC of the candidate would include the following components:
‐ Basic, HRA, LTA, Medical, Fixed Allowances, Perquisites as valued and any other assured sum.
5) Payment is to be made by you within 15 days of the appointment of the candidate through A/c payee cheque, RTGS or Demand Draft payable at Indore favouring SDW CONSULTANCY.
6) In case the candidate leaves the client organization within 90 days, Amour will provide free replacement within 30 days.
7) A copy of the Appointment letter issued to the candidate may be forwarded to us after the appointment that helps us to find details of the salary package being offered for the purpose of billing.
8) The service charges for the administrative and recruitment support process  will be charged at GST 18%.
